• Chia Ti Lik Missing In Action , DPP John Lu Wants Trial , No More IMH

  The headline says it all.Yesterday was supposed to be PTC.I had given clear instructions to Chia Ti Lik as regards the IMH Medical Report.He was supposed to have produced documents that clearly calls the validity of IMH's Medical Reports into question.I wanted the Judge to rule,and then have it put down in black & white in a Court of Law in Singapore, that IMH's Medical Reports cannot be trusted.

  CHIA TI LIK WENT MISSING IN ACTION.He did not show up for the PTC which was scheduled at 2.30pm.Chia had sms me at about 1pm stating that he would be late and reach around 3pm,and for me to inform the Court.At about 2.45pm,DPP John Lu approached me and informed me that he had contacted Chia's office twice and was told by Chia's girl that he had gone for lunch and would then be at my case.I called Chia's office and was told the same thing.Chia's secretary asked me whether i had seen a person called John Tan,who i believe to be an SDP member.I replied no.Chia's secretary then said she checked and that this John Tan's and his people case is not today,so she doesn't know what's going on.I called Chia and Chia's hp was off.At about 3.20pm,DPP John Lu stated that he had another trial to attend and got me to attend the mentions alone in DJ Soh Tze Bian's Chambers.

  First thing John Lu asked me whether i had ever met anyone called VICTORIA.I informed him that i had met a lady by that name a couple of weeks ago.John Lu asked whether it was at Jufri's trial,i affirmed that it was so.Either DJ Soh Tze Bian or DPP John Lu told me not to even think that she would help me.I replied that i never thought that Victoria would help me she's apparently a Prosecutor at the Ministry of Manpower.And that i had seen her outside the Pro Bono office before i had entered Court.(I did not approach her as i was unsure it was her,and because she was with her friends.I did not know whether i would cause her embarassment by approaching her.)DJ Soh said something to the effect that once my case is over,she'll drag me before a Judge as soon as possible.Now i wonder what offences at MOM did i ever commit???The only thing she'll be able to drag me before is a Minster.In fact,i'll be glad to oblige,even if there's a lot of work after that.*grins*

  Anyway,we moved onto the case proper.Wonders of all Wonders!NO MENTION OF IMH AT ALL!All they did was question me about Chia's whereabouts(all i could tell them was that Chia had sms me at about 1pm and told me he would be late and reach Court only at about 3pm.)And that Chia's secretary had stated that Chia had left to meet someone for lunch at 1pm.

  DJ Soh got me to attempt to contact Chia on his hp,but it was still switched off.I informed the Court that i had certain matters to convey to the Court,but that Chia was holding on to the documents.DJ Soh said it did not matter and proceeded to ask me why we did not make reps,what my plea is and what my defence is.I answered him as best as i could.

  Then now DPP John Lu decides to go to trial AGAIN.NO mention of IMH!He claims now that he has a police statement which i apparently gave to the police professing my guilt.I told the Court,"If i had signed a police statement,we wouldn't be here wasting each other's time today."

  During this whole CIRCUS,NOTHING WAS MENTIONED OF IMH.Were they warned beforehand?If so,by who?

  Court subsequently placed the trial for August 26th-Aug 27th at Court 3.

  Chia called me afterwards claiming some excuse.He also brought me to Court 15,where i noted that John Lu was in fact conducting the trial for John Tan and friends!He also made very interesting comments as regards to IMH."They won't produce that IMH Medical Report already,upstairs Somebody fxxxed them big time already"Then we arranged to meet at his office.He claims he has another trial on the 27th and would be discharging himself on the 26th.

  Fine,it's not the first time i've had my instructions to him not followed.Worse,it appears he has been telling the other side what my instructions are.And he has been gifting them intel.Some people says SDP is a party funded by the PAP to make the Opposition look bad,i truly do not know what to say.

  I've worked closely with him for the past 4-5 months.I've seen what i've seen and heard what i've heard.I cannot reproduce all these because it's far back and i don't even remember the exact dates these incidents happen.Let me just put it this way...As i've told Chia himself,

  "Either you are an undercover ISD officer,or you think i am an undercover ISD officer,and i know which is more likely."
